The combination of phentermine and fenfluramine reduced cocaine withdrawal symptoms in an open trial

Kampman et al report on the results of an open-label pilot of phen/fen for cocaine dependence. The trial was completed prior to reports of valvular heart disease associated with the long-term coadministration of these two medications.
