Zusammenfassung:We present a case of failed acromioclavicular reconstruction in which salvage surgery was performed to reconstruct the coracoclavicular ligaments with a loop of autogenous semitendinosus tendon from the patient's ipsilateral knee. To our knowledge, no similar reports of coracoclavicular reconstruction using autogenous semitendinosus tendon graft have appeared in the literature.
