ABSTRACT In this paper we discussed about the brazilian High School Reform implemented by Provisional Measure n. 746, of 2016, and then consolidated in the Law no. 13.415 / 17. By using documentary and bibliographical research, we problematize its supposed purposes of improving the quality of education through curricular flexibilization and the expansion of schools with a full-time working day.
