In the final article, "'Living My Native Life Deadly': Red Lake, Ward Churchill, and the Discourses of Competing Genocide," an insightful examination of the discourses of genocide, Jodi A. Byrd (Chickasaw) links the recent school shooting on the Red Lake Reservation to Ward Churchill's controversial remarks after 9/11.
