Zusammenfassung: | The SRA - BearingPoint Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) Benchmarking Program has completed its third cycle of data collection focused on pre-award and post-award workload, staffing, and practices. The bi-annual survey is the only source of comparative sponsored programs administrative data. In 2004, the authors presented preliminary data on a number of sponsored programs administration institutional policies and practices. This paper presents final FY 2002 data on these practices, including selected comparative data for small, mid-sized, and large institutions. This paper combines Symposium papers presented by the authors at the 2003 and 2004 SRA International Meetings in October, 2003, and October, 2004. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
