Zusammenfassung:	We introduce the Huang–Kotz Morgenstern type bivariate generalized exponential distribution. Some distributional properties of concomitants of order statistics as well as record values for this family are studied. Recurrence relations between single and product moments of concomitants are obtained. Moreover, the rank and the asymptotic behavior of concomitants of order statistics are investigated.
