Zusammenfassung:An improved procedure for combining launch-vehicle atmospheric flight load contributors is presented. This new procedure was applied to loads from a heavy-lift launch vehicle and was found to produce load-to-allowable value ratios with lower bias and less variance than a widely used procedure. It is expected that the new procedure will increase launch availability without reducing launch reliability. (Author)
