Merit Demerit Web Based System aims to upgrade current manual merit demerit system by Uniten into computerized and systematic system. This system introduced as one of the university initiative especially for the student affair department as well as lecturer to assist and facilitate student's behavior in order to produce students with high quality and disciplined besides more efficient in recordkeeping and managing student's merit demerit point. By using the Prototyping method as a methodology, Structured Query Language (MySQL) as a data management system and Hypertext Processor (PHP), the proposed of merit demerit web based system is not only to reduce data duplication problems, reduce data storage problems, reduce errors and data records, but also to improve the user accessibility and telecommuting.
