Shore Visit

Wardlaw takes a look at his recent paintings on canvas, which have returned to a rectangular format and are collectively titled Shore Visits. Among other things, he shares that these paintings are a further evolution of the previous Shore Theme paintings but are in many ways very different. They appear to be rather straightforward paintings of the shore; however, upon closer inspection one discovers subtle elements in the paintings that are rather mysterious.
