Zusammenfassung:Coupled system of parabolic equations on unbounded domain arises in many branches of applied sciences especially in atmosphere modeling. We use transformation of the independent variable to convert the problem on finite computational domain. We investigate the positivity of the solution of the new degenerate parabolic problem. Then, we construct a fitted finite volume difference scheme and show its positivity conservation. Some results of computations are presented.
