Zusammenfassung:[...]MTT method was applied to evaluate the effects of C. pinnatifida, C. chinensis, and P. mume on the biofilm formation of V. alginolyticus, and results showed that the MIC on the biofilm formation of V. alginolyticus was 15.63,7. Studies have shown that most bacteria can form biofilms under conditions of appropriate conditions161 , bacteria in the biofilm state can easily escape the immune mechanism of antibiotics and host, causing difficulties in the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases. [...]the study on bacterial biofilm prevention and control has become one of the most popular research topics. According to the study of Zhang Wenqing et al. 171 , the minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of P. mume on Aeromonas hydrophila was 12.5 mg/mL, so it can be used as the first choice for the prevention and control of A. hydrophila of aquatic animals. [...]this experiment was carried out in a relatively stable growth environment of bacteria, and did not take into account the effects of the environment and the mode of administration on the efficacy of the drugs, so there are certain limitations. Besides , the development and application of Chinese herbal preparations in bacterial diseases of marine animals still remain at the exploration stage, and there are still some problems in practical application.
