[...]this paper takes two online take-out food service enterprises in J City as the research object , and evaluates the safety status of on-line take-out food in J City by constructing the corresponding food safety evaluation index system, and deeply analyzes the reasons. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Data sources The statistical data of China's on-line takeout food market size (100 million yuan) and user size (100 million persons) in 2011 -2018 are derived from iiMedia Research's China's On-line Take-out Food Market Research Report 2017 - 2018 and China's On-line Take-out Food Market Research Report 2016 -2017. The " explosive" growth of on-line food service industry also poses a more serious challenge to food safety, and food safety is also the primary factor for users to choose on-line take-out platforms.
