Prophetic Complaints About the Fulfillment of Oracles in Habakkuk 1:2-7 and Jeremiah 15:10-18

Biblical scholars have argued that the oracular speeches of Yahweh in Habakkuk and Jeremiah are responses to prophets' earlier complaints, but this may not be the case in all instances. Passages in which the complaints seem to be in response to the oracle are discussed.
