Rapidly progressive Alzheimer's disease and elevated 14-3-3 proteins in cerebrospinal fluid

A case of an elderly man with rapidly progressive Alzheimers disease and elevated 14-3-3 proteins in cerebrospinal fluid is presented. This case demonstrates that Alzheimers disease can progress extremely rapidly, with seizures and myoclonus as early manifestations.
