From the Editors

Slowly but surely, we are getting back on schedule with the journal. As we began the transition into our new office and our university's various systems, however, we realized that the timing was right for an updating of not only ARCS's files, but also its computing possibilities. This has resulted in revamping our computer programs, which now have enhanced capabilities. Given the extensive amount of paperwork involved in the routing of submissions and book reviews, we have decided to revise our submission procedures.
