Zusammenfassung: | Using both traditional scientific and feminist methodologies, this study evaluates the effectiveness of a family life education program designed to help dual-earner couples share domestic labor. Both quantitative and qualitative data suggested that the program produced small increases in husbands' involvement in both housework and child care and large increases in wives' satisfaction with domestic work arrangements. These changes persisted for 6 months after the end of the program. |
