28.1: Invited Paper: A‐Si TED Technology for Automotive Applications

Several a‐Si TED LCM products were developed for automotive application. In this paper, verifications are reviewed according to automotive requirements. The results show that a‐Si TED technology can be applied in automotive LCM products by appropriate technical schemes used.
