In practice it has meant considerable funding for many immigrant groups who wish to organize and maintain their culture and language.\n It seems to me that a good place to begin with these three things is in the ordinary school classroom with the guide of a thoughtful and caring teacher who is sensitive to such mutual understanding, the strength of working together, and the fact that diverse groups coming together for mutual benefit can be more successful that groups simply insisting on their own individuality and diversity.
