Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this research is to allocate electric power to schedule loads and charge batteries on the space station. This work is an extension of research performed in the summers of 1986 and 1987 [4]. A simplified model of power flow on the space station is developed. This model forms the basis for a binary integer programming formulation which allocates power to user loads which are scheduled to operate during an orbit. The model is used for developing a procedure for allocating surplus power to charge batteries on the space station. A small example problem is solved by using a commercial integer programming code. |
