Creating a corporate culture for the eighties
Corporate cultures developed in the sixties don't work as well in the eighties because the heterogeneity of the workforce has increased and lifestyles and values have changed. Corporate cultures are as important as ever, though, and can be adapted to meet the needs of this decade of workers.
