Zusammenfassung:Due to excellent electrochemical properties, heterostructured composites have attracted widespread attention in recent years. ZnS@MoS2 hollow polyhedrons with MoS2 nanosheet arrays grown on ZnS were designed based on ZnS polyhedron templates. The unique composition and structural characteristics of ZnS@MoS2 hollow polyhedrons not only provide more exposed active sites for electrochemical processes, but also promote the transmission of ions. When the hollow polyhedrons were used as anodes for a lithium-ion battery, it displayed outstanding cycling performance, high reversible specific capacity of 1346.3 mA h g−1 at 0.2 A g−1, and prominent durability with capacity up to 983.9 mA h g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 after 300 cycles. The ZnS@MoS2 hollow polyhedron is an extraordinary promising material in energy storage.
