Zusammenfassung:Microdosing (MD) with hallucinogens is the act of taking a subperceptual dose of a psychedelic substance, such as lysergic acid diethylamide, psilocybin, or mescaline. Individuals engaged in MD intend to enhance mood, cognitive function, perception, productivity, and/or creativity. Media reports have shown recent interest in MD, particularly among tech industry workers and college students, and suggested that some individuals have turned to MD as an alternative to engaging in nonmedical use of prescription stimulants (NPS).
