Zusammenfassung:Anorexia nervosa (AN) has the highest mortality rate of all mental illnesses, and weight restoration is a primary medical goal for treatment of AN. An atypical antipsychotic drug, olanzapine, has shown some promise as a possible adjunctive treatment option for patients with AN. The aim of this meta-analysis was to assess the utility of olanzapine for improvement of weight restoration.
