Mosaic Effects of Growth Hormone on Fibrous Dysplasia of Bone

This case of mosaic fibrous dysplasia of bone shows hypersensitivity to growth hormone excess in affected bone, as compared with unaffected bone, and the critical importance of the diagnosis and treatment of growth hormone excess.
