Zusammenfassung:In recent years, considerable efforts have been concentrated to find new alternatives for performance and achievement of the sustainable growth of construction materials. Hence, the performance of any structure is immediately accompanying with the chemical, physical, mechanical, thermal and other properties of the material used to build it. Thus, The properties of the substance are controlled by the properties of the constituent material. During the past decades, the field of construction has experienced a rising attention in the benefits of glass fiber reinforcement in concrete. This paper is aims to review the performance of availability different glass fiber types and its properties in a way of utilizing the glass fiber in concrete as a reinforcement material.
