Instability and turbulence in a flow with stable stratification and obstacle at different conditions

Numerical simulation of a stably stratified flow with obstacle of different shapes is performed by means of the Navier–Stokes and scalar equations for incompressible fluid with the Boussinesq approximation of buoyancy effects.
