Zusammenfassung:The permittivity and permeability of Zn or Zn(Fe) nanoparticles with core-shell structure were investigated for frequencies from 2 to 18 GHz. The particles contain oxides shell in the form of ZnO, while the core material is Zn or Zn(Fe). The resonance frequency in permittivity corresponds to the maximum microwave absorption in the Zn/ZnO nanocapsules, which is not shifted with changing the thickness of the absorbent. However, with doping Fe (about 40%) in Zn/ZnO nanocapsules, the position for the maximum microwave absorption is shifted to lower frequencies with increasing the thickness of the absorbent.
