Zusammenfassung: | A MIMO antenna with 10 elements operating on 3.3‐3.6 GHz for 5G applications is proposed. The 10 elements of the proposed MIMO antenna include six monopoles and four slots with coupled feed. The monopoles and slots are alternately placed along the four sides of the mobile terminal with different radiating modes. The antenna is printed on a planar substrate, resulting in low cost and easy fabrication. The antenna is simulated, fabricated, and measured, the isolations are better than 11 dB, the efficiencies are about 50‐76%. The envelop correlation coefficient (ECC) is lower than 0.15 between any two antenna elements, and the calculated channel capacity is reached about 48‐51 bps/Hz, which is 7 bps/Hz lower than the ideal 10 × 10 MIMO channel. |
