Zusammenfassung:The strength of bone depends on its state of mineralization, its geometry, and even supported loads. The femur is the longest bone, the largest and strongest of the human skeleton. It provides standing and walking and running, due to its hip joints with the one side, and with the patella and tibia across. The approach of this paper is to numerically model the mechanical behavior of the femur to determine the stress and strain distribution field. Modeling is performed on the ANSYS software. The results show the influence of different positions of the femur in different cases of postures.
