Features of formation of two-level structural states in pure metals and alloys under severe plastic deformation

The main results of investigation of formation features of two-level structural states in BCC and FCC metallic materials under severe deformation effects are presented. It is assumed that specificity and main stages of formation of such high-defect substructures are determined by the type of the crystal lattice of the material, its relaxation ability, etc.
