Statistical data analysis for identification of operating modes of electronic units

An integrated system for monitoring and control of thermal operating modes of a spacecraft electronic equipment is being developed. It is based on measurement and processing of thermophysical parameters. In the paper, algorithms of data analysis for determining and control an operating mode of the electronic unit under the test check is considered.
