Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the possibility of solar tiles structures development on the basis of stationary cylindrical parabolic concentrators and planar-type or multi-junction silicon solar cell has been studied. The designed structure has been analyzed and the characteristics of samples have been investigated for various application conditions. The outer dimensions, shape and weight correspond to those of conventional tiles. The calculated value of concentration ratio is 4.96 while its factually achieved value is 4. The effective aperture angle is in the range of 26.1° to 36°. The voltage in the maximum output power mode is 1V to 1.2V, for planar-type solar cells, and 2V to 3.2V, for multi-junction ones. The output power for experimental samples in standard test conditions (STC) is 8W, 10W, 16W, 20W and 24W depending on actual parameters of solar radiation receiver and optical deflector. |
