Zusammenfassung: | The growth of Copper iron sulfide nanocrystalline thin films onto glass substrates has been achieved by chemical bath deposition at acidic values of pH. The deposited thin films were characterized for their optoelectronic properties using Raman, UV-Vis spectroscopy. The Raman analysis confirms the formation of CuFeS2 thin film. The thin film with nanosized crystallites of CuFeS2 showed a bandgap of 0.7eV from UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. |
