Zusammenfassung:LuFeO3 ceramic nanoparticles with the orthorhombic distorted perovskite structure in space group Pbnm were synthesized using sol-gel method. Microstructure shows homogeneous particles with an average grain size of 100 nm. Raman spectra show 12 active modes corresponding to Pbnm structure. Results are discussed in detail.
