Zusammenfassung:In the present study several novel 2-[{(4-Substituted-1-sulphonyl)sydnon-3-yl}]-1,3,4-thiadiazino(6,5-b) indoles [4a-f] synthesised from 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazino (6,5-b) indole. Structures of the synthesized substituted indoles were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, Mass and elemental analysis (C, H, N). Synthesised indole derivatives were screened for antimicrobial, insecticidal and anthelmintic activities. Compound 4a displayed significant biological spectrum.
