Zusammenfassung:The complexation reactions of Pb(II) and Cd(II) with chloramphenicol drug in solution were studied by paper electrophoretic technique. The Stabilty constant of Pb(II) – Chloramphenicol and Cd(II) – Chloramphenicol binary complexes have been found to be 3.26 and 3.07 (logarithm stability constant values), respectively at 25°C temperature and 0.1M (HClO4) ionic strength.
