Zusammenfassung:The paper reports results of comparative studies of the structure and physical-mechanical properties of stainless Cr18Ni10Ti steel and (TiMo)N coatings irradiated by He, Kr, and Xe ions with an energy of 20 keV/charge. Samples of steel and specimens with TiMoN coating on steel substrates synthesized by vacuum condensation with ion bombardment were irradiated with He, Ks and Xe ions on the low-energy channel of a DC-60 heavy-ion accelerator. It was found that the TiMoN coating significantly exceeds Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel in the entire range of studied properties, such as strength, corrosion resistance and tendency to blistering.
