Zusammenfassung:The main objective of this study is to assess the research productivity of LIS professionals in Punjab, Pakistan. A quantitative research method, followed by a survey research design, was opted to complete the study. LIS professionals with an MPhil or PhD degree in library and information science from any HEC (Higher Education Commission, Pakistan) recognized universities from Punjab constituted the population of this study. The findings of the study show that research productivity of LIS professionals is increasing consistently.
