Zusammenfassung: | There is a current trend to include students with or at risk for learning and behavior problems in the general education curriculum (National Center for Education Statistics, 2005). Teachers in inclusive settings can achieve this by monitoring the social contacts of students with disabilities, implementing activities that develop positive peer relations, and explicitly instructing children in need of further social skills development (Ramsey, 2004). Skill acquisition and generalization will increase as the number of school faculty members who are aware of Ms. McPhee's target skills increases. 18 Involve parents. |
