Elaeocarpus for Flora Malesiana: E. forbesii, a Philippine Species with Unusual Features, and Some Possible 'Associates'

Elaeocarpus forbesii Merr. is discussed and a new subspecies ridsdalei Coode is described. E. palimlimensis R. Knuth is reduced to synonymy with the typical subspecies. Comparisons between E. burebidensis Elmer and E. surigaensis Merr. are made.
