Zusammenfassung: | Black phosphorus quantum dots (BPQDs) doped ZnO nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (BPQDs@ZnO/GCE) was used for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The morphology of ZnO nanoparticles changed from rod-like to cubic shape due to the inhibiting effect of BPQDs on the growth of ZnO nanoparticles. The combination between ZnO and BPQDs could further increase the conductivity of materials, resulting in the improved electrochemical performance. Electrochemical behaviors of H2O2 were studied at BPQDs@ZnO/GCE in neutral condition. BPQDs@ZnO nanocomposites exhibited positive synergetic effect on the oxidation of H2O2, which can be used in the sensitive detection of H2O2. The sensor showed linear amperometric responses for H2O2 in the concentration range from 5 μmol L−1 to 0.05 mmol L−1 with the sensitivity of 195.4 μA mM−1 cm−2. Another linear range was obtained from 0.5 to 10 mmol L−1 with the sensitivity of 401.7 μA mM−1 cm−2. The detection limit was evaluated as 2.5 μmol L−1 with the signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The modified electrode exhibits good reproducibility and long-term stability and is applicable for the detection of real sample.
Black phosphorus quantum dots doped ZnO nanoparticles (BPQDs@ZnO) were synthesized. The doping of BPQDs could significantly change the shape of ZnO nanoparticles. The positive synergetic effects were obtained on the electrochemical oxidation of H2O2 which could be sensitively detected. [Display omitted]
