Electromagnetic field boundary conditions for metamaterials

Postulate new equations of boundary conditions for Maxwell-Lorentz equations. In this case boundary surface have some electromagnetic properties similarly such properties of metamatherials as surface electric susceptibility, surface electric conductivity and “London” conductivity.
