Zusammenfassung:Processing torque and thermal properties of kenaf (KNF)-filled linear low-density polyethylene/poly (vinyl alcohol) (LLDPE/PVOH) composites with and without 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate were studied. The composites were prepared by using Thermo Haake Polydrive internal mixer at 150°C and 50 rpm for 10 min. The results indicated that the KNF-filled LLDPE/PVOH composites with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate possessed higher processing torque and thermal properties compared to composites without 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate.
