Zusammenfassung:A practical silyl enol etherification of ketones with allylsilanes catalyzed by a Tf2NH–amine co-catalyst under mild conditions has been developed. The reaction generated only volatile isobutene gas as waste. Moreover, a multi-gram synthesis using a microfluidic system and a domino silyl enol etherification–(2 + 2) cycloaddition reaction were demonstrated.
