Zusammenfassung:The study of brake lining has been significant after ban in North America & part of Europe on use of asbestos in brake linings. Asbestos is proven material for brake lining over the years but it is banned due to hazardous effects. All over the world research has taken place to replace asbestos with suitable material. This work is an effort to study the effect of various ingredients on effectiveness of brake lining.
