Zusammenfassung:Spheres with a constant amount of active drug. Formulations with classic excipients such as lactose or microcrystalline cellulose were produced with a constant amount of active drug used as a tracer. Temperature and rotor speed were kept constant (see Table I). Table II summarizes the production of spheres containing 10% theophylline.The microcrystalline celluloses used, particularly Avicel PH 101, produced regular spheres with good sphericity.
