Analysis of adrenoreceptor agonists and antagonists

In this study, QSRR models for the adrenoreceptor agonists and antagonists on a PVA-bonded stationary phase were derived using forward stepwise MLR. The log k values of the analytes and the molecular descriptors were used as the dependent and independent variables, respectively, in deriving the MLR equations.Table 1 summarizes the derived MLR equations and the statistical parameters R^sup 2^, q^sup 2^ (q^sup 2^ standing for the cross-validation coefficient of determination), s, F and p.
