Zusammenfassung:In this work, we study the effect of temperature conditions during graphene oxide (OG) synthesis on the conductivity dependence viewed as a function of ambient humidity after thermal reduction of initial GO. GO samples obtained at various temperatures by the modified Hummers’ method were found to contain different quantitative ratios of oxide groups. The relative content of carboxyl groups in the initial GO suspension is shown to affect the humidity dependence of conductivity after GO reduction 150 °С. A humidity dependence mechanism is proposed to explain the obtained characteristics.
