Progress Toward Poliomyelitis Eradication—Turkey, 1994-1997
Progress during 1994-97 in Turkey toward implementing four polio eradication strategies recommended by the World Health Organization is summarized, and the cluster of polio cases in 1997 is analyzed. A CDC editoriial note is included.
