Zusammenfassung: | This article argues that computer projection classroom teaching and network learning have reached new heights due to technological advances in color projection equipment, networking, and software designed specifically for instructors wanting to prepare their own animated color lectures. Electronic projections are more than glorified overhead transparencies and slides because of compact storage, speed of access, network linking, and on-line updating capabilities. They pass through the classroom walls into all parts of the world. This article focuses on advantages and disadvantages of computer classroom teaching aids. These aids may be obtained from publishers or authored by educators to suit their own preferred pedagogical styles. We provide checklists of things to ask about and watch for in computer aids and also provide an opportunity to obtain discs of samples from our accounting course aids. |
